Our Winemaker
Cameron Laverock
Raised in the Okanagan, Cam discovered his passion for winemaking during his first harvest in 2016. The fast-paced, hands-on nature of the work pulling him away from a path in the lab.
After several vintages across the region, he brought his curiosity and craft to Red Rooster, where he continues to build on its legacy. His approach mirrors his personality: laid-back, but precise. Focused on consistency, balance, and wines that speak for themselves.
Cam’s work centres on classic BC varietals, crafted clean and expressive, always with the goal of being shared and enjoyed.

Our vineyard is more than the source of our wines; and it’s the foundation of our philosophy. Diverse soils, thoughtful farming practices, and a deep connection to the rhythms of the season shape fruit that truly reflects its origin.
