Picture yourself 'making tracks' through the courtyard casually sipping rose mid-day. This blushing Rooster is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes which were cold soaked on the skins for four days, then aged in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit aromatics and flavours. Limited production of 153 cases.

The grapes for our Pinot Blanc are sourced from several preium vineyards in the south Okanagan Valley. Gentle treatment of the grapes and cold soaking the pressed wine on the skins to extract extra flavour and texture are key to this wine. For an added depth of flavour and complexity a small portion of the wine was exposed to French oak.

Wow, this rooster really makes a presence within the flock. This medium-bodied Chardonnay has a smooth almost creamy mouth-feel at first approach, then a splash of refreshing acidity jumps in to refresh.

"We hand selected the lot from Hidden Terrace site for this wine, and blended it with some of the Krieger site to add some diversity, as the Summerland fruit had some zippy characters that I wanted to bring to this blend" says Winemaker Karen Gillis. Limited production of 374 cases.

Sourced from two vineyards sites in Oliver, Dessert Wolf Vineyard and 'tuc el nuit' Road Vineyard, also known as "TEN" by the winery staff. The Viognier grapes from our thrid vintage were whole cluster pressed to extract aroma and flavour components and cool fermented in stainless steel.Limited production of 181 cases.

The grapes for our Cabernet Merlot come from several vineyards in the south Okanagan Valley and Similkameen Valley.. The blend consists of 58% Cabernet Franc, 37% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was tank fermented and aged in older American oak barrels for 10 months.

We source the grapes for our Malbec from our on-site estate vineyard. Primary fermentation was done in open top fermenters and hand-plunged to break surface cap twice daily, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in new American and French oak barrels for 10 months. Limited production of 191 cases. Available exclusively online and at the winery.

The grapes are hand-picked from select vineyards and lots which exhibit the potential to go into our top wines. This Meritage Reserve is the ‘King of the Flock’ with its beautiful bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, currant, cedar chest, cigar box, vanilla and barrel spice notes. This medium to full-bodied wine has soft tannins and perfect poise, plus wonderful flavours of juicy red and black berries, cherry and spice.

We source the grapes for our Syrah from Tuc el Nuit Vineyard and Desert Wolf Vineyard in Oliver, allowing us to blend complementing characteristics of each vineyard.
This syrah exhibits a dry, full-bodied, rich mouth-feel, velvety tannins and food friendly acidity.
