A terrific Pinot Gris that is right at home with slightly rich food items. Serve not overly chilled with crab cakes and a mayo dipping sauce; pork tenderloin in a brandy cream sauce; butternut squash soup with toasted almonds; smoked salmon cream cheese pinwheels; sweet potato ravioli with toasted walnut, butter and sage sauce; and linguini with shrimp in a garlic cream sauce.

Gentle treatment of the grapes and whole cluster pressing was used to extract a clean, pure fruit expression. For added depth of flavour and complexity, a small portion of the wine was exposed to French oak. To further enhance the mouth-feel the wine was also aged Sur Lie for 5 months.

The wine was pruned, harvested and love by our Adopt a Row members. The grapes for our Malbec from our on-site estate vineyard. Primary fermentation was done in open top fermenters and hand-plunged to break surface cap twice daily

This Meritage Reserve is the ‘King of the Flock’ with its beautiful bouquet of red and black berries standing perfectly. The grapes are hand-picked from select vineyards and lots which exhibit the potential to go into our top wines.
Blended from the best barrels identified by our winemaker, Karen Gillis. The Meritage Reserve is then put back into barrel, a further 4 months, to allow the wines to integrate, before bottling. Limited production of 62 barrels.

This complex Rooster has many sides to its personality. We source the grapes for our Syrah from Tuc el Nuit Vineyard and Desert Wolf Vineyard in Oliver, allowing us to blend complementing characteristics of each vineyard.
This syrah exhibits a dry, full-bodied, rich mouth-feel, velvety tannins and food friendly acidity.
